Lunar Startups is a St. Paul based incubator driven to create equitable opportunities and access for underestimated entrepreneurs.

Lunar Startups supports growth, connection, and innovation for women, people of color, and other high potential entrepreneurs.

We provide several benefits to startups and entrepreneurs including:

  • Dedicated office space for you and your team

  • Access to investors locally and nationally

  • $5,000 travel, technology, and marketing reimbursement fund per startup

  • Access to as expert network of professionals providing pro-bono support (legal services, financial consulting, pitch deck review, and more)

  • Access to state-of-the-art equipment for video conferencing, podcast development, etc.

  • Weekly startup-specific programming based on the needs of the cohort

  • Stewardship and peer mentorship

  • Team development

  • Regular media and promotional visibility

  • Conference rooms

  • Mail room and printing services

  • Coffee, tea, and full kitchen

  • An inclusive community dedicated to seeing you succeed



We believe that startups are critical to any economy and community, specifically because of their disruptive nature in changing the status quo. As innovators and dreamers, we want to apply that same power to changing the status quo for entrepreneurs, unlocking new opportunities and access for entrepreneurs not always represented at the table.

Are you looking for a program to help your company move into the next level of growth? Consider applying for Cohort 2, beginning March 2019. Applications for Cohort 2 due December 31st, 2018.

Who should apply

We believe that we can add the most value to startups who have made a significant commitment and validated that there is a need for their product or service. We are looking for teams that have already brought their product to market and can demonstrate traction via customers, clicks, or capital. Similarly, teams must demonstrate a dedication to building a  team that accurately reflects the target market they serve.
